Happy New Year's! - 2017 was surely a year with challenges, tests, trials & tribulations, and a mess-load of new knowledge. - '2-thousand-and-cliché' - I've learned so much more than I already knew about fitness & health. Getting through another tough upper body day. I am showing you my last two sets of chest work. This one we return to the Push-up bars. Lift and hold one foot off the floor throughout the entire set. I'm a bit ill at the moment so less cardio-based HIIT workouts! Not good. I still managed to get through another variation of my favourite exercise! With this one, push up, then touch your opposite hand to food. Each rep, alienated hands. Go slower if you need to maintain your balance more. Do 10 Alternating reps, drop to your knees and do child's pose for 15 seconds. Then sit up for 30 seconds.
