getting into yabujin in the big 2025. there's a strange comfort in his music that i don't really get anywhere else. annoying comparison incoming, i know, i know—but i get the same feeling as 2013-2014 drain gang from his work—but weirder, more incomprehensible, and, for a lack of a better term, "fucked up."
the "art should comfort the disturbed and disturb the comfortable" perfectly sums up my feelings for his art—not just his music, but also his aesthetics, presentation, and just the way he carries his self, the way he goes about things in the way he does. he is jist such a weird lithuanian man on the internet.
it's like being lost yet found at the same time. it is such a weird feeling, but god do i love how it feels.
