Here is another unused concept for season 4 Flash. For this one, costume designer Maya Mani wants to take it back to basic before we eventually evolved it into the final suit we see in season 4. This design is almost like an updated modern version of @johnwesleyshipp 90s suit where you can see muscles suit definitions on the torso.
