We have recently installed two FlexiCAM Orca 3-Axis CNC machines, at a leading power-equipment manufacturer whose portfolio spans thermal power generation, oil & gas, transmission systems and large-scale transformers.

At this customer’s facility, the Orca is primarily deployed for machining transformer-related components, including insulation parts such as transformer rings—where precision, repeatability, and material versatility are critical. It supports the production of a wide range of components used in insulation systems and structural elements for large power transformers.
