@fit.with.adelina) When I first met @hannahtaha we immediately clicked with doing all the acro poses. Her bendiness amazes me every time we try doing new things. This time she was so patient with me. Holding this variation of king cobra until I was able to kick up into one arm handstand. Thank you for being my support @hannahtaha ☺❤ . So this is day 3 of #BendInLove2 challenge. When you kick into a one arm handstand try to find the balance with your partner, most of your weight should be on one arm and try to catch the balance while holding your partners hands. Don't be afraid to kick up, tighten your core and point your toes. If you feel safe enough you can try doing different shapes while inverted. You can challenge yourself by trying one arm handstand variation on both sides 🙈 This is definitely one of the most challenging poses for me but also one of my favorites. .
