Two of my friends were banned with no warning, after having seen the same happen to strangers. The devs didn't get back to them about a reason at all until they made a large enough noise about it, then the reason for the ban was suddenly changed to ensure it's permanent. Petty and stupid of the devs, I'm out of here and others would be smart to do the same.
The devs will ban with no warning, they will avoid giving reason, ans if you cause enough stir to warrant attention, they will suddenly create an unrelated reason to sustain the ban. There are better pet sites out there.
