I really like Tin! I was wondering if there's a particular reason her armor is red? I've seen some things where red armor/red cloth is used to mark an exile/traitor, but after doing some research I'm not sure it's as universal a thing as I thought. Which only has me more curious as to whether it's significant, or just looks good (since it does look good.)

I mostly used it as it's in the falink's color palette! I will say her outfit is more styled after a squire. Also more-so wanted to use gold for the actual metal, so having the red be fore the fabric seemed like a smart choice.

This is a side thing but I also really love when people connect falinks to armarouge... so I did take that pokemon into consideration when designing her LOL

Canada: National Bank acquires Fintech startup Flinks

Flinks, a Montreal, Canada-based fintech startup has been acquired by National Bank (the sixth largest bank in the country in terms of market capitalization).

Context: in a press release dated today (August 25), Flinks notes that the financial institution invested CAD $103 million in the company. The Logic commented that the investment represents a majority stake.

Founded in 2016 by Frédérick Lavoie, Julien Cousineau and Yves-Gabriel Leboeuf; Flinks has often been portrayed as a pioneer in the Canadian open banking space.

Over the years, the company has developed financial data connectivity and analytics tools; and is now looking to develop a presence outside of Canada (more specifically in the United States).
