A floating library sounds amazing. Was it similar to a book fair? No ships just a bunch of shelves with cool books to buy and neat little knick knacks.
Apparently it was something like that. They had books for sale, but also books you could only read there.
When I was little, there was this ship, Logos I think she was called, that was actually a floating library. She used to come every couple of years to Acajutla port and stay for a week when most of the schools were on vacations.
My mom took my brother a couple of times. I was unable to go because of my school's system had a different way of distributing vacations and I was in classes everytime she came (I was so jealous of my brother...).
But then she stopped coming. I wonder why. The civil war, perhaps?
