Have you decided who flora will go for?

Not yet! Unlike I think how most people do it, it can kind of change for me as it goes as I develop my MC's more during the journey than from the start.

So like, right now, I have loose ideas of Flora's personality and how she feels about things, but most of that will only grow as I play through the game (so she is literally growing as a character as I play through).

And then once the character grows, sometimes who may be best for that character may change too.

Qiu does currently seem to balance Flora out best right now with Tamarack I think feeling a bit too loud/invasive for her just yet (Flora still sees her as a friend-- just I could see that being a bit of a barrier for her to get closer), but obviously these characters will grow a lot and we'll see.

Something I find especially amusing is Tamarack's fashion sense and tastes are very similar to Jemma's and Flora's too so I've been debating how to do Flora's wardrobe for her to not end up wearing more or less the exact same things.

I feel like Tamarack would probably find it nice though.

At least Jemma has the lovely sprites Aem kindly did T~T <3 I still need to figure out more of Flora's outfits, but that's unlikely to happen completely until OL2 is done. Though, this is under the coat:

(If you're wondering why my avatar doesn't look particularly the same to either-- It's Jemma in an AU a friend and I made up. When she's not at the beach side, she doesn't braid her bangs so they drop down more fluffy.)

Do you plan to play OL2? Have you already decided your mc?

Yes! I'm pretty excited for it. As much as I love the ocean, I reeeeeally love the cozy vibes of Golden Grove so part of me is almost more excited.

I haven't decided on anything in the sense of LIs or not (maybe it'll just be friendship, we shall see), but with the dynamic system, I think that may be for the best so if Flora's (my MC's) feelings change at any point, it can feel more natural? If that makes sense.

I find it amusing that she and Tamarack seem to have very similar clothing styles so that should be fun.

I also had fun trying to make my OL1 OC in the same style for AU purposes, but they don't really have Jemma's braided bangs like I used in OL1 so this was the closest I could get (she's wearing the Sailor Dress under):

I do like that I could make her hair color closer to what I envisioned though-- I imagine it closer to how Baxter's hair color looks in step 4, but the colors were kind of lacking in OL1 so her hair is a lot darker:

Honestly also looking forward to maybe learning a bit more about Baxter too, but I've liked all the OL2 characters so far so just excited in general.
