Floral Feels from Amy Puryear’s Stage Style Spotlight. I love that when she performed with Laila Belle at GrassRoots she wore florals for both of her performances. These outfits are great examples of how you can get entirely different vibes from floral prints. The turquoise pants have large, high contrasting colored, kind of bubbly flowers. The size of the flowers in vibrant jewel tones makes this a really fun, summery print. The red jumper has such a lovely cut that’s hard see in photos - wide legged pants with slits up the front of the leg. @amy_bountiful_beauty wore the red floral jumper for @lailabelle_band’s Sunday show at @fingerlakesgrassrootsfest last month and this floral had an entirely different feel all together. A nearly monochromatic palette, medium sized flowers that were a little angular and more realistic gave this piece more of a classically elegant look - still in a bold color keeping it fun and festive. Amy’s stage style embodied the vibe of the performances and the parts of the festival Laila Belle performed during. High energy kicking off the beginning of the festival in bright and fun floral and classy and a little more subdued as the event wrapped up in a rich natural floral.
