It makes me sad to think about how Cas was probably lying on the floor for hours. Even when Sam got to the bunker and Dean was long gone he still wouldn’t get up. Not because he was still healing. No, his visible wounds are all completely gone. He just can’t stand up because of the numb feeling in his heart that pushes him to the ground.
