Hope

         Hope is something a girl like Chell needs a lot of : HOPE that she’ll survive each day, HOPE that things will get better, HOPE that the human race can regain control of the earth & their lives, HOPE that she can finally get to a point in her life where she’s truly happy again. 

             Thankfully, hope is something Chell is in no shortage of. Admittedly, she lost it for a while, being stuck in aperture for just short of half a century, but it was quickly rekindled by her newfound friendship with Wheatley. Even after he betrayed her, she found she was able to hang on to hope even tighter than before.  She hasn’t let it go since.

Forgive

                       This is gonna be a kinda strangely worded headcanon, but being presented with an opportunity i’m just gonna lay out some listed feelings on forgiveness. Given the chance, Chell :  

WOULD forgive wheatley

WOULD NOT  forgive GLaDOS

however she WOULD forgive caroline  ( & already has )

she WOULD NOT forgive cave

                       Her forgiveness relies heavily on whether or not she can sympathize with your actions. She does not hold grudges, but letting something go  ( for her own sake )  & forgiving someone are two very different things.

              NONSEXUAL INTIMACY |  @floweringinventor   |  ♡ : Accidentally falling asleep together 

      Soft music plays in the background, half closed eyes unable to make out the picture that accompanies it.  Head turns : just enough to PEEK at her partner ( fast asleep on Chells shoulder )  a contented sigh escaping her as she leans back against the sofa.

                           (   chell!!  chell!! you have to watch this musical : it’s the best!!  )

       But she didn’t even have the strength to reach for the remote to turn the movie off, nevermind the want to RUIN this rare moment.  They could finish it tomorrow  —– DVR was a magical thing.
