For school i had to write it and it honestly was my pride and joy for a while, i thought it would be a cute idea to post it on here and show what my type of writing is.

Allow me to tell you a story, a story about an angelic woman and a helpless sinner.
She was bright. She shines when you look at her and being close to her creates a beacon of safety. Her smile makes flowers grow on deadlands. She was different than anyone I’ve ever met, but she still felt so familiar. As if I’ve known her all of my life. Every morning from nine to one in the café, same table, same order. A green tea with a muffin. Every month a new hair color, pink was my favorite. I still remember that time, I think in spring; She wore a floral dress, the kind that gets bigger the more you go down, with black nail polish and a black hat. In that moment, that small second of a lifetime, I swear I forgot how to breathe. I fell for her, hard, I always have known. I can even remember when I realized.
She came in, earlier than normal, with a pastel notebook filled with animal stickers, made her order and sat down. She was working on a story. I heard her say once that she wanted to be a writer. She didn’t know how to start, and the sighs kept coming out. It’s a habit I noticed of her, she sighs when she’s stuck or frustrated. Her face went to a weird look, to many rather odd but to me it only seemed cute, letting a small giggle escape my lips.
But suddenly she looked up, I was scared she heard me but apparently she got distracted by a fight that was happening behind me. It was between a black lady with her boyfriend who were being cursed at by some guy. I only noticed small glimpses, but the words that were said should have been uttered.
She stood up from her usual table and got up in between them. She stayed calm, even when the man threatened to hit her (something that made my heart stop in fear) but was still able to calmly lead the man outside. She talked to the two ladies and treated them to coffee and some small desserts.
She’s so beautiful, in every way possible. She did this all the time, whenever chaos came by she made sure peace was settled. She’s the protector of the weak, like I said, she was an angel.
That day I knew that I had fallen for her.
Sometimes I see myself get up, walk towards her, introduce myself and talk with her about the many books we have read. I wish I had the guts to do these said things. She must think I’m creepy, always only watching her from a distance. I can’t help it, every moment that I see her my heart starts to race, my head gets empty and the only thing that matters, is her. You might think, this is obsession, but I don’t see it that way.
In my eyes, this is love at first sight. I would never do anything to make her feel uncomfortable and if she ever said that I had to stop then I would in a heartbeat, but for now, for now I want to see her. Even if it is just for a second. But there was a day when it all stopped. She came in late, no notebook, only a bag and a restless posture. Instead of the usual green tea and a muffin, it turned into a black coffee and nothing else. She nervously looked around her, her eyes scanning every person until they landed on me. It shocked me and I didn’t have a clue what I was supposed to do, so I could only stare back. After, what must’ve been minutes, she stood up and walked in my direction. Every step she took I felt my heart beat faster, as if it wanted to get out and run away forever. But before it could do that, she already stood in front of me. Her eyes soft with kindness and a sweet smile replacing the anxiety. “Hi, I’m josie. It became time that we met don’t you think, my pretty stranger.”
She looked at me in this manner, in which I knew, that she knew me.
The sinner and her stranger.
