Fly-Bite: The One Bug Swarm 

In some indeterminate time in the future, the world has been hit with a virus that affects many insects arachnids and arthropods, of which make it so when they come into contact with a human wether it be directly or other means mutate them into what are referred to as hu-insectoid, also referred to as insect mutants, as a result of these mutations. It can range from not affecting the hosts at all to potentially driving them insane with the instincts of their given creature, them basically having superhuman strength and durability being able to wreck any forms of human weaponry, this would lead to the creation of the P.E.S.T organisation. founded by scientist Sean Serminate. Him being based in the city most prone mutant attacks. alvearium city. taking the insect mutants they take down into custody for “treatment”.

Overtime as hum-insectoids began to grow in power and numbers, the organisation see it fit to start creating their own monsters, artificially to make one without any of the drawbacks of one that would be created naturally. It took many failed attempts and test subjects, but eventually they would finally succeed in creating a genetically perfect mutant, although it lacked in much physical power, but those were problems that could be fixed. F-06 as he was referred to was incredibly obedient, even if he was far less serious and aloof, and tended to ask a lot of questions about his past of what he wasn’t made aware of, although he simply be told that he was a volunteer who chose to become a mutant willingly through experimentation.

While he wasn’t flawless in other regards, they would take what they could get. after a few years of training within the organisation. being given his own custom suit, which confiscated for some of his weaknesses, such as his skewered site due to his insect eyes & struggles to control his own flight, he was given a codename. “Hunter Wasp” he’d be all but ready to show to the public, however. F-06 would end up coming across a part of the building he was never meant to see, the holding area for all of the failed experiments, or the captured mutants. Coming across one experiment in particular, the one that proceeded him F-05. Who is considerably more physically and mentally damaged from his experimentations, He was horrified at this and thought there should be some kind of explanation, and he shouldn’t be found by Serminate himself, he begged for a proper answer to what was going on but Serminate wasn’t having it, he was going to take him back into his holding cell to hopefully erase his memories of this incident, and it wouldn’t be the first time they’ve had to do this, as it all hit the young mutant he realised the organisation that made him was anything than what he fought it was, he then along with F-05 would try to escape, although when confronted with all of the guards. F-05 would be captured once again and taken back into experimentation as F-06 out of desperation and fear was forced to escape alone, smashing through your window and flying into the night.

Once he finally landed, he would throw away his P.E.S.T branded suit, and then would make a choice, he’d did dedicate the rest of his life to take him down P.E.S.T & Serminate, and protect the city from both of them and attacking mutants, on his own terms. Not for P.E.S.T. As his own identity. Fly-Bite, Not considering at the time that him being an hun-insectoid would result in the city viewing him as just as much a monster as the ones that attack it.

Serminate Would understandably be thrown into fury at his greatest creation escaping, but his assistant Harvey Nesten, would assure him that he wouldn’t just be able to recapture F-06, but with a mutant far superior to him in every way, this leading to many of P.A.S.T’s creations, and even some unrelated all going for the newly named FLY-BITE’s head.
