Not a request, but a concept since you watched fma: Sakura/Sig/Izumi, wherein Sakura is a wandering doctor of totally not suspicious origins who winds up in Dublith and helps ease the symptoms of Izumi's illness. Maybe grows her some new organs, who knows. What we do know is that both Sig and Izumi are enamoured with their strong pretty doctor and would like her to stay for dinner. Or forever. Whatever works for her.

She was a student under Tsunade, whose family knows the secret components that can create the Elixer of Life, giving the family immortality.But Sakura isn’t interested in the idea of immortality, she wants to help people. Many seek her out for her alchemy to heal their diseases and wounds. And she’s always happy to help.She decides, against the wishes of her teacher and family and heads to Amestris, setting up office outside of Central.The military request her services and she flat-out refuses. She’s not seeking power or aiding those that continue in the bloodshed of innocent people. They still continue bringing personnel to her home, though.
