That's a very valid point! But the game itself kind of makes a big deal about it, and there are other personas from the Fool arcana they could've used if they simply didn't want to give her an OP persona. Not to mention that Orpheus is actually handed to her at a higher level than some other options from the arcana. So Orpheus being chosen has got meaning from a story-telling POV, too, I feel.

@arcanizer Kind of like the Junpei and Chidori thing, in the sense that he did share a close bond with her and could pass on his Persona, maybe?

That's how I always saw it before joining the fandom, too! Can you believe I hadn't made the Jundori-parallel connection until recently? I read a post bringing it up in passing and my mind was blown lol

I really like that take on it as well!  Though given that Aigis says that what will get engraved into it is his "genetic information" through his "skin oils and cells", I have been wondering if it's actually possible for anything related to his psyche to have been transmitted, too? All in all, the possibility is very interesting and the outcome is awesome either way haha
