I was little bit sad because these topics would be so much fun if it was discussed face-to-face but due to this pandemic, it had to be lectured through an online platform. These lectures had taught what market validation and customer empathy map is. Market validation is where you determine whether your product is having a progress of giving interest to your target market. I learned that I should know whether my products solves the target market’s problem and would the product be a great help for them. I learned how to validate. In order for me to know the target market, I should observe and engage with other people and see who will be my potential customers. Gathering information is one of the things that I should consider in looking for a target market and this would then help me improve my ideas and concepts. Market Validation made me see the wider picture of being and entrepreneur. I should validate before I build my own market.
On the other hand, Customer Empathy Map is where I should understand my customers. I should also set goals for myself and focus on the things that I desire to reach to have a positive outcome in my journey on my entrepreneurial success. I also learned that in order for me to understand my customers, I should let my self see and imagine on what are the perspectives of my customers and I should put myself on other people’s shoe. I should also consider there critiques in order for me to improve and learn. This topic had taught me that in order for me to become a successful entrepreneur, I should accept criticisms and apply it in my real life situations.
