Dash did a thing lmao
So... my dash did a thing... again.
Simple? Recipes
Saute some veggies make it dope my dudes. I want butter, I want some spices, I want some kinda liquid of a simple sauce. Set it aside. You want meat? I like to either get it cubed or shreaded. If you got leftovers this is the meal for that.
Here is where it gets a little involved.
In a bowl whisk together 1c +1tbsp flour, 11oz milk, 2 eggs, 1tsp canola oil, 1 pinch salt.
Dont have milk? Water, heavy whipping cream, or 1/2 &1/2 will do. Dont have eggs? Try milk or water+oil. I swear its dummy forgiving.
Grab a nonstick pan I want Big And Flat. Heat on low-medium, once hot add quarter sized drop of canola oil. Use a paper towel or something to QUICkly move it around to coat the bottom. Add a ladelfull of crepe batter (1/4c?) Pick up the pan and briskly rotate and shake until the batter coats the bottom. Let it hang out on the burner ~1 using spatula check how done it is, you want a dark golden but not brown. Use spatula to flip unless you're a fancy bitch then flip with the pan. Let it hang out another 15 sec, check to see if the dark spots are forming. Place crepe on plate. Repeat from adding quarter of oil until you run out of crepe batter.
Now that you have crepes and whatever you sauteed. Eat that shit. And for desert, take a crepe, add ice cream and chocolate sauce, or fruit and sugar, or nutella or whenever sugary stuff you got.
Enjoy

Terminated Account, But Not Foodffs.
So... my foodffs account got terminated.
I contacted Tumblr stuff and still waiting to hear from them.
I've had that... this blog for 4,5,6,...7 years? I never made any profit off it - and that's not why I do it. The blog turned out to be as much as a hobby as my cooking. It's very weird for me if a whole day gets by and I don't 'do' something with it. Whether it's collecting recipes for food days or holidays or just plain browsing what could I cook on the weekend... and the endless worries about week summary if I'm not home on Sunday! Call me crazy, but it helps my mental state, and I cried when I saw this picture.
Anyway, I just wanted to say I really hope they get me back up, and if that's not the case - I'll continue here for now. I'll keep you guys updated as soon as I find something out.
I really hope that terminating foodffs was a mistake and this is not the end.
Thank you
