Not many voice actors like to talk about why they voice a specific character. Yes I do murdoc and 2d from gorillaz but honestly Aku is my calling to play because well, as I grow older I relate to it. Very angry, irritable, nervous, awkward, ect we all relate to that plus he’s an adorable man child character who like us suffers a lot of stress from people who mess with everything he worked for. I like playing him for those reasons to vent as well as play out a fantasy of that character minus the self Insert stuff, plus like my murdoc and 2d voices I do them for everyone so that way on a whim they can have what they want because I was tired of not hearing anything new so I decided to make my own which is a good thing in my opinion that we make our own sequel, remakes, ect because we love this so much who knows what we can do. I’m so happy I get to play him for YouTube and for artists like @grievousalien @teacupballerina @dazzmazing-dazz @crazydemonkitty all these people are pretty friendly and enjoy my stuff so it gives me motivation to even bother opening my audio software. To the samurai jack fandom and fellow Aku impressionists (specially Greg Baldwin himself) thank you for letting me play the shotgun of sorrow.
