Foot Locks
The perfect foot lock (aka Achilles lock) doesn't attack the Achilles tendon. It makes your metatarsal bones feel like like they've burst apart.
To do this, you have to get deep on the foot and have your attacking hand high on you chest. Trust me. My limp is living proof.
