Sentinel/Guide AU P.O.I

Jax/Stein: Neither are Guide or Sentinel. Their Firestorm connection is unique enough. 

Rip: Is a Guide. In the future under tutelage of the Time Masters he trained to be a guide. In his time with other Time Masters he is quite an effective Guide. On residences of the twenty first century though his abilities are lack lustre. He is also occupied with Locating Savage so doesn’t have the proper time needed to effectively help the complicated Sentinels aboard the Waverider. He does help when he can though.

Mick: Is a Sentinel. Mick was at one point a very unstable sentinel who often found himself zoning. Len was his main guide. After being removed from Time by the Time masters and trained to be Chronos things changed. He does not struggle with zoning like he once did and Rip’s techniques as a Guide are more effective and comfortable for Mick. 

Kendra: Is a Guide. In her previous lives she has been both Sentinel and Guide before. Kendra Saunders in this life is a Guide but nothing about past lives is easy. Due to her previous lives as Sentinels she loses herself when she doesn’t let lose every once in a while. Hawk Maddness. Training along side Sara has really helped. It has also built their own Sentinel/Guide relationship.

Sara: Is a Sentinel. Due to training with the League of Assassins twice Sara is very calm and in control for a Sentinel. 

Ray: Is a Sentinel. As we have seen within at least, Arrow Ray has a tendency to zone well working. Otherwise he is very easygoing for a Sentinel. Rip tries to help him with his zoning but is not very effective. It is enough that he has never handicapped the team, because of zoning at least.
