There’s a lot of arguments going on about LGBTQ+ rights and stuff, plus it’s pride month, so I just wanted to state my opinion.
Some of you believe that homosexuality is a sin. You say that god made people male and female, and that he had a way things should be. I say, alright, but consider this: god also wanted us to love one another as he loves us. Unconditionally. Even if those people are homosexual, and supposedly, sinning, he still loves them. He loves all his children, unconditionally. And he wants us to love them the same. Even if we don’t necessarily agree with their opinions, that’s okay. They deserve to be loved and cherished anyway. And if they happen to love someone of the same sex or gender, that’s okay! Because love heals wounds. It saves lives. It brings light and prosperity. It helps people more than you ever realize. It doesn’t matter who you love, Love is Love. Gay relationships are real love. Lesbian relationships are real love. It doesn’t really matter. Not as much as love does. And even if they technically can’t have children of their own, think about all the adopted children that finally get a loving home. That finally get parents. It doen’t matter if both of their parents are boys, or both are girls, they have PARENTS. They have someone to look up to, someone who can take care of them and love them unconditionally. Someone to help them grow and make their world a better place. Love heals. Love grows. Love is life. So let them love. Let them love who they are and who they find feelings towards. We’re all trying to fit into the mold, or to fit others into our own molds, when all we need to do is love. All we need to do is listen and let them love. I hope I brought some light into this subject for someone, and that you all have a great weekend or weekday or whatever time it is where you are, when you read this. Have a great day, and take some time to think about it. Thanks for listening.
