     “You’re mad at me for NOT fighting back? Honestly love, this is a first for us.” Though he’s certain she’s mad that he got into a fight anyway - this time it wasn’t initiated by him. It was still his fault, at least he was taking the blame for it. He sighs as her glare didn’t falter and hangs his head low. He wasn’t going to fight back this time either. Let her be mad -- he was deserving of it.

The General returned to his quarters, somehow managing to seem even more quiet than usual. His arrival was on most nigths accompanied by a greeting of some sort but now he simply hooked his coat beside the door and walked to the wine cabinet without sparing Rey one look. He stood there, back towards the girl and poured himself a full glass, staying where he was to enjoy it and only snapped out of his thoughts briefly when the cat came to rub her face against his boot.
