This time very interesting throttle from Ford Mustang 65mm to modify many Ford engines, mainly Duratec V6 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 engines. Such throttles fit without modifying the inlets in the upper manifolds for the Ford Mondeo MK2 ST200 2.5, Ford Mondeo ST220 3.0 MEBA engine, Ford Mondeo 3.0 V6 REBA engine. After gently reaming the intake in the manifold also up to 2.5V6 Mondeo MK1-MK3, Ford Cougar 2.5 98-01. And also to many others, where the same bolt spacing and cable fastening occur. Throttle subjected to total tuning, in a nutshell: - dismantled for the first part - smooth bore - smoothed out all non-equality - a sharp inlet made (gives the effect of like a bov or a large cone, and all because of a much larger momentum of air) - polished inside for a mirror - made lightweight axle and thinblade - new light bearings - new sealants - new TPS ST200 from the USA - cable attachment replaced under Mondeo / Cougar - black gloss painted Such a damper gives the effect of mass and air momentum like a damper about 80mm, after tests on various cars it is about 30-40%. Of course, for this you need to have a decent intake without restrictions and narrowing :).
