Rhone Ivoryleaf, Maralictor of the Order of the Torrent

Bit of a special Post today. This is a portrait I did of my Age of Ashes character, Rhone Ivoryleaf.

For those of you who don't know me; I'm a huge fan of the Pathfinder TTRPG. Back in 2020, during the pandemic, I started playing the PF adventure path "Age of Ashes" with a group of people I had just met online. I had NO idea that this silly little game and the people I played it with would become such a huge part of my life.

Just this Sunday (1/12/2025) we completed the final session of that game. That's 5 years of play.

This game and the amazing friends I have made through it have accompanied me through one of the lowest points in my life, watched me decide to continue my education, and followed me when I moved out to the city. Every time I was having a bad day, the first thing to pop into my head was, "Just make it to Sunday, we have an Ashes session...."

The game might have ended, but the memories and friends I made through it will last me forever 💙

Thank you, @darkergrey for being such an amazing GM and putting so much time, effort, and talent into running this game for us. And thank you @pixdoodles, The Arcade Goblin, Xerkanlol, and Chaizara for being such amazing people to play with.

I love you all, and I cant wait to play more games with you🥹💖

Had fun with this one! A little GODS trivia: Originally the collection was called MIDWESTERN GODS because I always stuck to painting more liminal midwestern landscapes, but I wanted to paint something different! Who says the GODS have to be secluded to the Midwest? They like to wander!
