I made this dress last spring and I thought I'd share some of the time throughout the year I've worn it. It has really become a favorite of mine and I love wearing it. (So comfy😊) I'm glad I added the lace to it and this type of rayon it's made of is really comfortable for warm and cool weather. Plus the design makes it easy for both times too. I actually have to stop myself from wearing it all the time. Also I love the deep pockets a lot. I have definitely put tomatoes in there when picking them in the summer.🍅
Two things that are a little wrong with it is, the fabric has pilled up under the arms and there is a little bit of gaping on the under arm line but I don't really mind and I believe I fixed that in the other dresses I made with this pattern.
I'm thinking of giving this dress a name more then "plaid comfy dress". But I'm not sure if I will unless I make another plaid one. Which I might!
So do I believe that the last two days of dressing for beautiful spring weather paid off and actually have a beautiful Wednesday of spring weather....... well maybe😁
Lots of textures and florals with this one and of course dashes of green!
This little bottle necklace has herbs from my garden in it, calendula, red clover, and lavender. Good for protection and luck!
More spring colors on Tuesday! Brought out this green floral skirt that I can't wear in winter because of the absolute static magnet it is. Polyester😑 I put a new waistband in it last year and it's super comfy now so I'll probably be wearing it more.
Also I always feel very fairy-like when I wear this vest.
