Isabeau, political animal, and her rabbit servant. Foretales is a decent game with Disney-inspired style, good plot and nice chars. If you aren't against digital cards, really recommend it.

AITH i (38, f) for keeping my dad (69/70-ish?) on a strict no-contact, even if his mental health is pretty shitty right now? for context my dad is a recovering addict. he wasn't a great dad. which is why my sister and i went no contact for about ten years. then his agent tells us he has parkinsons during the pandemic and, because heroin has fried his brain six ways to sunday, decided to interview someone in the UAE. now he's on live TV claiming that he interviewed a real-life vampire, looking like he's trying really hard to make his 1970s self come back to life, basically becoming a worldwide meme. he's clearly not doing great. at all. he's been rock bottom before, but this new. ATAH for not contacting him when, clearly, he needs someone to check in with him, since I'm sure his sponsor has blocked his number too? should i stage an intervention? (from katie)

You're not an asshole.

If anyone is an asshole, it's him, he's a shit person and even a worse father. You and your sister did what you needed to do for your own mental health, and that is respected. He has made a lot of mistakes in his life; but if there was anything he was actually proud about, it'd be what incredible women his two girls turned out to be, despite having him as a father. He means that.

In regards to his sickness, and need for an intervention, don't bother. You've built a solid life for you and your family and the last thing you need is for him to darken your doorstep. You cut contact with him for a reason, trust your gut. You're better off without him.
