How to spot Forex frauds?
Forex trading market is no doubt the biggest financial market in the world where trading goes to trillions of dollars a day. Although there are good opportunities for Forex traders to earn a handsome amount of money through fundamental and technical expertise, there are possibilities of falling to Forex frauds as well. Thousands of traders have already been the victim of Forex scams and still, new scams keep popping up.
Forex fraudsters commit frauds in various ways but they have something in common. They are not transparent in trades and they are not regulated by any authorized regulating authority. Also, they make offers which sound too good to be true. They promise unbelievable results which actually do not come to be true. If the Forex broker promises extremely high profits and does not mention any risk associated with trading, you might be in the hands of a scammer. Don’t deposit any money to them.
If you are not able to find any regulation information about the Forex broker then the broker can be a scam broker. Also, some scam brokers create copy website of a regulating authority and just change the name which looks similar. They link with that copied regulating website and when a new trader goes through that website, he gets the feeling that the regulation is real. Beware of such brokers and carry the research thoroughly.
