Himuro Family Master (Dead Form) is a Vengeful Spirit from Fatal Frame.

Interesting things to note about this particular spirit include his ability to wield his katana even in death, his control over three ghostly heads that resemble some of his victims, and that unlike other spirits his aura when damaged is severed heads rather than his own likeness.
