if you dont eat, you’re going to be in even more pain. The cramps are probably from not eating, based on my experience. Do you have like…crackers or something? Take small bites and eat slowly. i find bananas and fruits and anything with sugar in them actually make me feel worse. try grain or wheat based foods

we probably have crackers in the cupboard. I might check. I’ve found bananas help tho - I’ve tried them before to help with pains and they work after a few minutes. but like I said I just feel sick when I eat cause I’ve got a cold too so that’s rly not helping
