idk if it’s just a me thing, but i like outlining how all of my ocs relate/interact with each other even if their stories are all separate and at different parts of the “timeline” in my head. so:

tatsu and hachi are coworkers. they both work nights at a little convenience store a couple blocks from hachi’s apartment. hachi is technically tatsu’s supervisor, but the store rarely does enough business to require both of them to be present at night, so hachi gives tatsu nights off when he asks for them (but still punches the clock for him bc hachi genuinely thinks tatsu is pretty cool and he likes doing favors for people he enjoys being around).

dimitri and hachi are (distant) friends. they don’t talk often at all, but they reach out every now and then when they cross each other’s minds. they used to talk a lot more often when hachi lived in the city; they were neighbors at the time.

fox and dimitri have met once while dimitri was an intern with one of fox’s photographers. though dimitri kept his head down and his mouth shut unless necessary...they did not like each other. dimitri has a low tolerance for bullshit, and fox is full of it.

bambi has very, very limited contact with humans, but he frequents the convenience store, and tatsu and hachi recognize him as a regular. bambi typically buys the same things in the same quanties, so hachi and tatsu have his total memorized before he even gets to the counter. bambi prefers when hachi rings him out solely because hachi never attempts to make small talk, and tatsu always does.

idk why i made the title sound so dramatic but anyway this is just some fun lil facts abt my main ocs on this blog since i’m too lazy to pose to write their stories here

TATSU

he has a terrible little sweet tooth and it’s amazing he’s only had two cavities in his life

he has a lil kitten named shiloh and she is his angel

has a big scary demon bf that he is not even the slightest bit afraid of and never has been

he’s petty and evil; he makes a habit of hacking the records and accounts of people that have pissed him off and makes every attempt possible to ruin their lives with the information he finds

because of the above fact, most of his family has ceased contact with him, including his twin sister, whom he once loved more than life

the closest thing he has to family at this point is his best friend yaoyao, who has stuck by his side since childhood

BAMBI/CALIX

a vampire halfling around 150 years old

his first name is bambi, but in the (very rare) case that he does meet someone new, he will introduce himself as calix; his first name has painful memories connected to it, and he’d rather discard it completely

he once had parents but they were killed not far into his adolescence by a mob of fearful humans

when the war between vampires and humans began, bambi retreated to the woods not far from the mountains and lives there secluded from both humans and vampires, living off of whatever he grows or catches and blood packs donated from an anonymous source

spends his days honing new skills and hobbies. his current favorites are gardening, painting, and violin (i would say fishing but that’s more for food than it is a hobby)

FOX

his full stage name is cielo fox; his real name is sae fox

he is primarily a musician, but he also dabbles in acting

very picky eater and is seldom satisfied with his own cooking; he has an assistant that often comes to his rescue when he needs it

he’s friendly, gentle, and approachable when in the public eye—and in view of the paparazzi—but in private he is cold and distant and generally can’t stand being bothered (his neighbors think he’s a prick and have never seen more than his back)

he likes to keep his past and childhood private; only his assistant, who has been his friend since middle school, knows of it

his only remaining family is his aunt, who he calls every couple weeks or so
