I was totally gonna pass out but now I'm gonna spend the rest of the night going through and systematically liking everything on this blog. This looks like a lot of stamina and diligence. So thrilled I could choke! p.s. Hope I didn't miss it, but have you seen the work of Sergei Prokudin Gorsky? He has some great, early twentieth-century photos of Islamic sites in Central Asia.
