Sunday had finally arrived, and Tina was more than excited for a day off. It made this one all the more special though that Finn had a free day too, and they plans to spend it together. They’d lived across the hall from each other for a couple of years now and worked together too, but never had they really let those worlds collide all that much; at least, not until recently. It seemed as if both had been going a little out of their way to bump into each other at work ever since their small coffee break together; Tina knew her crush was growing, but she wondered if Finn was feeling something more or if it was just her hopeful imagination playing tricks on her. This evening together was innocent though - no mentions of romance or anything - but two friends hanging out, sharing beers and a pizza. Even so, that didn’t make Tina any less excited, and though she still kept her dress casual as she got ready to venture across the hall, she wanted to look nicer than in her usual scrubs. Instead of pulling her hair back like it had to be at work, the brunette let long tresses flow past her shoulders, them ever so softly curled and chose a cute top that matched her casual spring skirt. It was still a comfy enough ensemble that it didn’t seem like she was trying too hard; finishing her look off with her favorite lip gloss, Tina retrieved the ice cold six pack from her refrigerator before heading across the hall. Just as she lifted her small fist to knock an influx of nerves blossomed within her; Tina knew Finn was cool and she just needed to be herself, but sometimes she could get a little high-strung around him. After a deep breath she knocked quickly, not allowing herself a chance to back out. As instantly as Finn answered the door she felt her nerves melt away... as well as her heart at the warm grin he greeted her with. “Hey, Finn! Hope you’re still up for company.”
