I can’t remember the last time I was this angry, but holy shit, I am so pissed, because THIS ASSHAT from Wattpad stole my entire 100k+ Frerard fic (from my bandom days) called A Bullet Through a Flock of Doves, which was originally posted in 2012 on my Mibba here and my deviantART here (yeah, you know this is real shit bc I’m giving y’all the link to my cringy af dA account). This is the stolen fic, and it has more reads and comments than I ever got, and all these people think it’s by franksenpai. It’s one of “their” most popular fics. People are praising this person’s writing skills, adding the fic to rec lists under this person’s name, and basically giving this person credit where credit is absolutely NOT DUE. Even the cover art was done by my friend on dA, KnifeInToaster, and they stole that too. They’ve done this with other MCR fics too, i.e. Filthy Lucre, Hot For Teacher, Colorblind, THE DAMN LIST GOES ON, just scroll through their profile and hiss furiously like I did.
So, please, join me in making this person never, EVER, want to plagiarize people’s works again. I filed a copyright claim against them and you can bet I’ll be spamming their comments with my fury if that doesn’t work. You can help by doing that or filing other copyright claims against them or literally ANYTHING to make their life hell.
It takes a lot to make my mad, but congrats franksenpai, you did it. My 13 yr old self spent hours and hours working hard on this fic, and all you did was copy/paste, and got easily three times the feedback, fame, and attention for it. I hope you enjoy being such a fucking asshole.
