Moe and Frazzle are dressing up as Jerry and Bill from The Eltingville Club! Even if Frazzle can't pick up on the toxic behavior of the character he's dressing up as, at least he's not being shoved into an inflatable alien-riding astronaut suit like last year... that was Moe's idea, of course.
