Meditation Influences Frequency
Hi. I was wondering if u could help me with a question. I have been meditating for the past few months and I do feel great most of the time but it seems my house mate who has been living with me has Also changed. She says she feels different, like a new layer of her is coming out and the old layer and peeling away. Is this possible that me meditating can have this affect on the other person wheras I am not so happy?

I was wondering if u could answer my question. I have recently past few months started meditating. Why do I have so much sexual energy? Its insane and driving me crazy. Is this normal? Thank-you
"The silent gap between your thoughts is the window to your cosmic mind" ~ Eckhart Tolle
I thought i'd just combine your questions since i've been meaning to get to the previous one and they both talk about meditation. For one the Sexual energy is more than likely linked with Kundalini. Kundalini is rooted in the Sex glands where it transcends moving up into the master glands of the brain stem. It could also have something to do with your Sacral chakra, sexual energy is not purely primitive, it is also creative energy. There seems to be this running theme of "creating" and the Earth Mother being very fertile during this time. Creative energy is in the air! It has been for quite some time i would say at least since the equinox maybe even earlier and I think it's also making people a little more frisky than usual ;)
This creative energy is urging us to manifest what we desire within our reality, thoughts have more momentum lately and the universe is really giving us that push to CREATE. Create the world you wish to live in, create your dreams into reality and most importantly create who you wish to become <3
Naturally during meditation our brain changes frequency waves moving from Gamma to Beta to Alpha to theta to sometimes even if you're very skilled Delta. When the mind is able to start processing the oscillation of a given frequency wave function the brain is able to start utilizing and activating different centers in the brain. This is the core root of how meditation actually works because everything is energy, you are influenced by the frequencies you transmit. If you think of when you talk or when you sing you are actually transmitting frequency wave functions into the air around you. This is why speech has power, it gives us the ability to render thought into form.
Meditation can cause our moods/emotions to shift because of the shift in frequency. When our emotions shift this can bring up cognitive dissonance as the resistance of the Ego builds, this is why in meditation you will often find yourself confronting inner thoughts and feelings as they come into your awareness. When we're able to accept those thoughts the mind releases and lets go of the Ego, enabling relaxation and inner peace of mind. This is why meditation is so good for the soul because it eventually leads to self-realization, the more time you spend within the easier it becomes to observe your subjective reality.
The concept of frequency is what can also influence those around us because we are all connected to this frequency of energy. It is all around us everyday, everywhere. Our auras are not small, they extend for miles and can influence the frequencies of the world around us. It is all linked together by electromagnetic frequencies and when we meditate we physically change those frequencies. Our cognitive function changes through the influence of changing brain waves. This is also how Kundalini works through biological processing it all comes back to changing brain waves and activating different parts within the brain stem.
The Heart’s electromagnetic frequency arcs out from the Heart and back in the form of a torus field. The axis of this Heart torus extends from the pelvic floor to the top of the skull, and the whole field is holographic, meaning that information about it can be read from each and every point in the torus. The Torus: Code to the universe
The Heart is the source of the strongest part of the body's electromagnetic field. It is the heart that connects us all.
"The Hearts’ torus electromagnetic field is not the only source that emits this type of electromagnetic field. Every atom emits the same torus field. The Earth is also at the center of a torus, so is the solar system and even our galaxy…and all are holographic. Scientists believe there is a good possibility that there is only one universal torus encompassing an infinite number of interacting, holographic tori within its spectrum. Because electromagnetic torus fields are holographic, it is more than likely that the sum total of our Universe is present within the frequency spectrum of a single torus.
This means that each one of us is connected to the entire Universe and as such, can access all the information within it at any given moment. When we get quiet and access what we hold in our Hearts, we are literally connecting to the limitless supply and Wisdom of the Universe, thereby enabling what we perceive as “miracles” to enter into our lives."

Therefore in summary, it is truthfully the electromagnetic frequency that influences our meditation practice by both the heart and the mind together as one.
