A bit of a #shamelessselefie I was on a vc yesterday at work & all I could see was parkbench tramp. I hadn’t shaved my head since before Xmas & beard had got al it’s out of control! Also everything was grey! I decided against the running this weekend in the end & no parkrun this morning because of the ice. I had convinced my self the other local ones would also be off so didn’t get up, but they where so could have gone! However no rugby tomorrow due to frozen pitches so I’m planning a long run. I say long, hopefully I mange 10km.
