The government of Freyaka is probably a mix of Shogunate Japan and modern Myanmar

The buffer zone involved deportation of 500,000 Freyakans, the Yashuntai admiring the eternal rest and safety for souls after death tried to maintain their necropolises. there were only 1000 Freyakans left in those territories involved in maintenance of the necropolis.

Khrulush founded the Dominion of Freyaka, and arguably didn't have a noble house, instead power was divided between tribal houses in the core provinces and the Overlord in the military territories. The above events may have occurred, but were followed by the defeat and discontinuation of the colonial holdings in Freyaka

It is unknown how the Freyakans did so but the Yashuntai advance must have done large amounts of damage to military capabilities. It is unclear if they even remained in the Eastron coalition or if they left and rejoined later. Or if Freyaka collapsed but later reconstituted, then rejoined the Eastron coalition. There was also some amphibius landings
