You know what would be really heartbreaking...if MC got turned to ice by Vanessa and Snatcher found them. 😈
I like the way you think, Anon ;)

“This is not good, this is not good, THIS IS NOT GOOD-”
Snatcher tried his best to fly through the terrible snow storm. The wind lashed at him, covering him in bits of ice and snow. He had no clue how this happened. One minute, he had been dozing off in his comfy home, cuddled up with MC. And then the next minute, he immediately woke up to find his house completely covered in snow. But that’s not what had frightened him the most. MC had disappeared, and they had been no where to be found.
“Please be alright. Please, please, please-” Snatcher told himself, as he zoomed past the snow-covered trees and village. He had already checked the village anyways, and no one was there. No Dwellers, no minions, not even MC. The whole forest seemed empty, with not even Moonjumper’s part of the forest being safe from the storm. This only made him panic more, as he tried to look through every part of the now frozen forest. He was teleporting all around in a frenzy, trying to look for any signs of-
He froze as he went past the stone bridge, near the village.
“Oh…oh no.” Snatcherfound himself whispering, as he stared down the path. As he squinted his eyes to see through the snow, he noticed tracks leading down the path. The path that lead to her manor. The accursed manor that he swore he’d never visit again. But seeing those tracks, the very human tracks that looked all too familiar, influence him togo further. That, and a burning rage growing inside of him.
There was only person responsiblefor this.
In a flash, he teleported closeto the manor. And it was like the eye of the storm, as the snow only fell softly around the area. That didn’t mean that it wasn’t hard to see though, as the area was cloudy and almost foggy. Snatcher cursed under his breath, shivering but moving on forward.
“Hello? Is anyone there?”he called out, hugging himself for “warmth”. It didn’t help, but he kept on going towards the manor. He didn’t want to go inside, that would be a last resort. But if need be, he would, just in case he happened to see-
A figure in the distance caught Snatcher’s eye. It was hard for him to see them through the cold fog, but they looked human. He immediately recognized those features, thinking he knew exactly who it was.
“S-s-sweetheart?”Snatcher called to them, his teeth chattering. There was no reply, as they simply stood there. But coming closer, he quickly recognized their features. Their size, what they were wearing, it gave him a ray of hope. A small smile started to grow on his face.
It had to be them.
“Sweetheart! I’m here!”Snatcher teleporting over to them in a flash. And, without looking, embraced them into a giant hug. “Oh, thank the stars you’re alright! I thought I lost you…” he held them close to him, and they felt absolutely freezing to the touch. Instead of this being alarming to Snatcher, all he had in mind was concern. “Come on. Let’s get you somewhere safe before-”
Snatcher reached for their hand…which was cold as ice.
“My…love…?”
Because, to his horror, it was ice.
Snatcher brought his hand back, as he realized MC had been frozen solid. Their face was stuck in a terrified scream, and their pose in utter agony. One of their hands was outstretched, as if they had tried to stop whoever turned them into ice. After realizing this, Snatcher started to shiver again. But this time, out of fear.
“No…nonononono-”Snatcher quickly came closer to the statue, tears starting to fall down his face. He slowly brought his hands to their cheeks, touching the cold blue ice. Every part of him was in dread, as he could see his reflection in their forever-open eyes.
And…another person approaching him from behind.
“Why are you crying, my prince?~” Snatcher’s worst fears were confirmed, as he turned around to see her. Vanessa, who was giving him the evilest of smiles, was standing right behind him patiently. “Aren’t you glad I…‘took care of them’ just for you?” she giggled, as Snatcher stared at her in fear. And he said nothing, almost like he was just as frozen as MC. “Not to worry, my sweet prince. You won’t miss them, because they never truly loved you… Unlike me.”Vanessa told him, before reveling something she had hidden behind her back.
Old, rusty chains.
Snatcher tried to make a break for it, and failed. As Vanessa threw the chains at him, they seem to have a life on their own, as they clamped the cuffs onto his wrists and wrapped around his entire body.
“NO! NO PLEASE DON’T-”Snatcher called out, before being brought down to the ground. He struggled frantically in the snow, not being able to fly away. “STAY AWAY FROM ME!” he screamed in terror, being the most scared he had ever been as Vanessa approached him.
“Come with me, my prince!I’ll put you were you belong~” she called to him, tugging onthe chains to bring him even closer.
“NO! I DON’T WANT TO GO BACK, I DON’T-” Snatcher screamed as loud as he could, frantically struggling in his binds. He wept and desperately called for MC, as Vanessa was right in front of him and towered over his chained form. “LEAVE ME ALONE!” he tried using his fire magic, but it didn’t work, as Vanessa quickly leaned over him.
“Snatcher~” Vanessa managed to grasp his neck in her hold, despite his struggling.“Snatcher…” she kept saying his name over and over, her voice somehow becoming more distant the closer she got. She slowly opened her mouth, reveling a bright red light and rows upon rows of sharp teeth. “Sna…tcher…” to his horror, Vanessa’s-voice wasn’t her own anymore. It was MC’s, and their voice was coming from inside of Vanessa’s deadly maw.
And before he had time to escape, Vanessa went straight for his face.

“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-”
“SNATCHER!”
The first thing that Snatcher did once he woke up was scream. He screamed loud and hard, until a familiar face begged for him to stop. MC has grabbed onto his arms, shaking him relentlessly. And this seemed to quiet him, with him shutting his mouth instantly. Snatcher stared at them blankly, panting while quickly realizing that he wasn’t at the manor. He was in his home, with no snow or ice to be seen anywhere.
“Snatcher, are you okay?!” MC ask him in a greatly worried voice. It looked like they had been crying for sometime now, as tears streaks were left on their cheeks. “You were having a nightmare…I-I didn’t know what else to do I-”
Before they could finish, Snatcher grabbed them and pulled them closer.
He hugged them tightly, not wanting to let them go. He then burst into tears, burying his face into their shoulders as he wept uncontrollably. Luckily, MC wasn’t suffocating in his hold. It was incredibly uncomfortable for them, but he wasn’t letting go anytime soon. He almost wailed, blubbering about how he thought they were dead and that he was so, so sorry. But MC gave them support, patting his back and trying to soothe him back to sleep. They kept reassuring him, telling him that everything was alright. They were here, and they weren’t going anywhere. And although Snatcher wouldn’t even talk about the nightmare in the morning, he made sure he was going to thank MC very much for this.
And check the locks on the manor doors…just in case.
Oh oh! Maybe something with Mu? Apparently she was supposed to meet Snatcher but was cut from the game
“Okay…this might have been a bad idea.” Mu said to herself, trying to navigate through the strange forest that was Subcon.
She had only heard stories and rumors about the place, and she didn’t think it was actually true. But desperate times called for desperate measures. This included beating up a random Mafia man and intimidating him to tell her where she could find the Time Pieces. Once he told her about the place, claiming he was the only one to make it out alive, she figured she’d give it a look. Besides, she wasn’t scared or anything.
Ghosts? Pffft! They just don’t exist!
Mu yelped out in surprise as she took the wrong step, right into one of the vine traps. She tried her best not to scream, trying to pull at the vines that surrounded her. After a few of the thorns pricked her hands, she gave up. And not knowing what else to do next, she panicked.
“I’m…I-I-I’m not scared! You hear me?!” Mu yelled out, as the vines went back into the ground and the purple dimension came into view. Thunder boomed overhead, making her flinch. But despite her current situation, she vowed that nothing was going to scare her! Nothing at-
“AHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!” Snatcher laughed, popping out of the ground and frightening Mu out of her wits. “FOOOOOOOOOL! You’ve blown it! You’ve made the worst mistake you could possibly-”
“Sod off! I’m not scared of you!”
Snatcher stopped as he was interrupted, blinking in confusion. He look back down at the small hooded girl, quickly noticing that she was a child. She glared at him, shaking a little but ready to fight. He groaned loudly, his arms falling to his sides.
