Slowly slipping
I'm falling and this time I feel like I don't know how to get back up I've always been a strong person and never let life or my depression get the best of me but lately it has I am happy in the sense that it hasn't gotten to the point of starting to binge again. I can't go back to that. It sucks when you feel so alone. My social life has truly withered to nothing. I don't talk to anyone. Not even at school. Hopefully starting Natasha's plan on Monday will help. Help anyone?
