what inspired love persevering? such a good fic oml

I'm so sorry this took me so long, I have such terrible object permenance with notifications :') but thank you so much !! ephemeral was almost entirely inspired by the tribute himself - maxim was made for me for the victor exchange by @theolelazzledazzle and all of his story comes from the original form. the arena being the old discovery island park is courtesy of youtube documentaries teehee

What work are you most proud of (regardless of kudos/hits)?

The Verse of a Victor was such a big project and so many years of work and something I'd never thought I'd finish, so I have to say that. I'm not entirely happy with it but the fact that I did it, that feeling could not be compared to anything else.

If anyone asks to read something of mine though, I send them to Ephemeral. I'm so proud of how that fic turned out because I had such a time limit.

What work was the quickest to write?

Ephemeral, because it was part of a challenge and I only had a month to get the entire fic planned, written and edited for publishing. I had no idea who the victor was going to be so I couldn't plan in advance, although I did have an arena idea. That made it so much more fun though !

Canary was fairly quick, but only because half of the scenes had already been written in VOAV.

Your favorite character to write this year?

I love writing Azure, and mainly wrote Canary to give myself the opportunity to explore him a little bit more. He's the most self-indulgent OC ever but, I love him teehee

That said, Love Persevering gave me so many chances to explore other people and Tesla's (D3) and Etta's (D12) chapters came out exactly as I wanted them first time, and I was so sad when their parts were over and I had to write other characters.
