I think Iceland, because I haven’t been there before and I’ve heard it’s beautiful. Actually, zero. 4. Favourite flower or plant?
Sunflowers are my favorite flower. I think basil is my favorite plant- I like how harvesting it sustainably is kind of a puzzle- you have to look for the two buds that can regrow at the base of whatever you cut. And it is delicioussss. 5. Do you think the name you go by suits you? If no, why not? What would you rather go by?
I’ve gotten used to Lauren, even if I don’t necessarily think it suits me. I would maybe go by Lo but since I’m transitioning to using Chappell as my last name I’m going to get used to that first. 6. Tell me about the last time you felt jealous.

I saw Cowspiracy last week and there is a part where this duck farmer guy talks about how his dad raised rabbits and when he was younger it scarred him that his dad farmed them and then HE CHOPPED OFF THE HEAD OF A DUCK IN FRONT OF HIS KID. I re-read the Harry Potter series every year or so when I’m upset. 5. What do you feel the worst thing a human can do to another human?

Uhmmm. I can collage? I don’t know if that counts as a talent, but I don’t think most people know that. 8. What is your favorite lyric?
Oh, gosh, so difficult. I think “Everything’s a piece of everyone” from Caves by Jack’s Mannequin. It reminds me that I’m a part of a bigger picture and that I don’t have to do everything by myself, and that everyone is a piece of the universe seen through their lens of experience, and I can’t judge that experience, I can only hope to be a part of it. 9. What is your favorite quote?
I don’t know if I have a favorite. I really like quotes, I have a whole notebook of them. My senior quote was “taking no chances means wasting your dreams.” 10. Do you have tattoos? If not, do you want tattoos?
I have seven tattoos. But I still want more. 11. What is your biggest accomplishment?
Still being here. Being where I am today. Not letting the black hole suck me in and spit me out the other side. Not letting other people define me.
