Ingredients: 2 cups grapefruit juice. 1 cup guava nectar. Zest and juice of 1 lime. 1/2 cup rum.
Instructions: Put the guava nectar, lime zest, lime juice, and rum in a bowl and mix them together. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the directions on the machine's box until it gets smooth. Put the ice cream in a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze it for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. Use bowls or cones to serve Big Freeze ice cream scoops. Have fun!
