These refreshing Cranberry Apple Ice Pops are bursting with fruity flavors and are perfect for cooling down on hot summer days.
Ingredients: 2 cups cranberry juice. 1 cup apple juice. 1/4 cup honey. 1/2 cup chopped apples.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry juice, apple juice, and honey. Stir until honey is fully dissolved. Divide chopped apples among ice pop molds. Pour the juice mixture into the molds over the chopped apples, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert ice pop sticks into each mold. Place molds in the freezer and let them freeze completely, about 4-6 hours or overnight. Once frozen, remove the ice pops from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds. Serve immediately.
