Virgos are dependable, don’t get me wrong, but they try very hard to be because their greatest fear is to be useless to others.

Though they may seem so stable all on their own, they truly need others but they aren’t always ready to admit it.

When they are being your shoulder to lean on, in a strange way they are leaning right back on you. They need to help others, or at least be needed by them, to feel worth something.

They are not actually as steady and independent as they seem because Virgos are truly relying on everyone around them that, at first glance, appear to rely on them.

This reliance is not what makes them unstable but their inability to accept their own need for others yet this only makes them need others more.

Scorpio: Cynicism

Scorpios are not cynical and dark to their core, not in the least despite how they are often portrayed. Rather than being a negative person, they are simply afraid to hope.

World-weary Scorpions know the dark and often toxic inner workings of the mind and society. This knowledge can make love and success seem like a mere fantasy to them, no matter how desperately they want it. They often feel hope in any form is unrealistic, no matter the circumstances.

Pessimism becomes a shield protecting them from being let down or worse. But even Scorpio cannot crush their own faith. No matter how distant they may seem, on the inside they are still hoping.

Sagittarians value independence deeply and place it above many things in life, even when it is not logical or even healthy to do so. With that said, when they are in need, instead of seeking out support or someone to lean on, they attempt to convince themselves and others that they don’t need anyone else.

This front is not just for the eyes of other’s but a sincere attempt to fool themselves as well.

Despite being social people who seek to communicate and learn from those around them, they can’t admit that they need someone they can rely on, to confide in, or to simply talk to when things get tough. Their attempts to be with others while still keeping them at arm’s length make them feel hot and cold to even their closest friends and family.

Instead of seeking out what they need, they put up a front of being in control and needing no one else.

Arians are bold and strong but not naturally aggressive in the sense that most portray them to be. They may be fiery and dominant, eager to get what they want and not afraid to go after it, but they are not innately violent.

As the children of the Zodiac, Arians can struggle to express themselves and view emotions in a somewhat immature way. But, as the newborn, they are also delicate, adoring and passionate.

Arians dream big and give their all, eager to please and devote their hearts to others and with all of that innocence comes danger. Aries gives “putting their heart on the line” new meaning.

They feel that revealing the soft, loving, delicate part of them that hopes and dreams in ways that no other Sign could ever is a weakness, so they cover it up with a mask of aggression.

Capricorn: Seriousness

Capricorns are ruled by severe Saturn so it only makes sense that they work so hard to seem strong and mature, but this is typically a front.

On the inside they are often trapped children who often didn’t have a proper childhood - sometimes this is simply because they themselves expect too much. They always push themselves, often to their limits and past, putting themselves under extreme levels of stress even at a young age.

Many explain Capricornians by saying they mature backwards, born wise and serious beyond their years and slowly letting go as they grow older. This is true in that they feel they must cling to convention, tradition, and the like, particularly when they are young. They feel this provides them with the control that they need, but it’s truly restrictive after a point.

If you give them the chance, allowing them to feel completely comfortable, they’ll show you just how awkward, loud, and immature they really are.

Aquarius: Intimacy

Aquarians have a very complex relationship with society and people. They typically possess many friends from all walks of life and are very social but no matter how outgoing and intimate they may seem they remain distant.

As the Water Bearer, Aquarius brings all of the emotion and sympathy that comes from Water but they are still very much an Air Sign, cool and distant. Finding the balance between these two roles can be extremely difficult for them.

They want to be social and popular but at the same time they are afraid to grow close to another person, to open up and share their emotions. They fear that they will always be outside looking in yet they also fear what might happen if they truly let go.

They get as close as they can and hide their fear behind a mask, appearing open and friendly, but will you ever truly know them?
