No one is surprised to see her dressed as a fairy, or more specifically, Bloom the Guardian Fairy of Domino and keeper of all Dragon Fire. Bleu is also wearing costume, he’s wearing this onesie so that he could be Kiko, Bloom’s pet rabbit.
