valentine’s day. a holiday that made couples even more unbearable and lonely people especially miserable. caleb had never cared for it because it was a completely useless, commercial holiday. he didn’t really know why he’d decided to participate in the activities, probably definitely because he was bored and now here he was, dressed in a white shirt (but no tie, despite the one his mother sent which was covered in hearts) and black slacks. resting against a wall with a drink in hand, he lazily looked around, seeing that someone had settled beside him, “have you become that desperate, sinclair?”
