[CW: illness, x-rays] Took Zoe to the vet on Thursday, she's had a constant cough, and the medicine she's been taking hasn't helped much. The vet took an x-ray after getting a "dull" response from her right lung, and found a mass there. So Zoe has lung cancer. This wasn't thst much of a surprise, as that's what Jeannine had died of. Which makes me mad at Jeannine's ex, who smoked heavily. For now, Zoe's heart, left lung & stomach are fine, she's still pretty active, and pretty happy, as you can see in the rest of the pictures I took later that day. We'll be giving Zoe the best quality of life for as long she's with us. Giving Zoe her cough medicine is a friggin' challenge, I have to say. Thanks always to @samneukirch & @joeayyyrias for helpinh with the Girls, it's always appreciated. I knew that Zoe wasn't going to be with us long, as she's going to be 12 in August. I do hope she gets through the summer, she loves to be outside in the summer.
