His large belly is something he feels very insecure about, even more so when he's visibly bloated and stuffed to the brim. He often ends up belching and passing gas around his bandmates, simply because he can't help it. Maybe a part of him oddly enjoys it, but that's something he thinks about when he's jacking off - and then never again.

Murderface is well aware he isn't pleasant to look at when he eats, so more often than not, he hides away when he indulges in his binges. His own appetite embarrasses him. He's easily agitated when someone mentions his eating habits or points out his weight problem.
🍋 Poor guy is basically constantly bloated. Blame his anger issues, quick eating and bad choice of food. Junk food, beans, alcohol, a deadly combination for someone who's already prone to gassy outbursts in the first place. Staying around Murderface for too long, especially at night, is never fun. His room becomes a whole gas chamber in the late hours. Walking inside could kill an elephant probably.
🍋 Whenever Murderface is aroused - like, very aroused - he gets extremely turned on by his own grossness. There is a weird part buried somewhere inside him that enjoys acting like a slob, and the way people give him disgusted looks. Maybe it's his brain's strange way of coping with his unattractive traits and self hatred. Only God knows. But his orgasms are intense, and the guilt and shame afterwards is even worse.

Consider, maybe it's someone (or something) who doesn't have any appetite or hunger cues. Maybe not even a real digestive system, because their species just doesn't need it. But watching other beings, maybe other humans, eat food every day, makes them want to try it too. Some of it just looks so colorful and smells so nice... once they take their first bite they're so amazed they can hardly get themselves to stop. The flavor is almost overwhelming, but in the best possible way. It floods their mind with pleasure and a desire for more. They start to understand why so many people are willing to pay good money for their food and go out to eat.
But they don't realize the best part hasn't even started yet. While I honestly ADORE those beings struggling with the food in their belly afterwards... having them feel good is even better sometimes~
Maybe they're even a bit anxious at first, because they're not sure how their body is going to handle it, but they're surprised by how... GOOD it feels. The food inside feels so strangely comfortable. Satisfying. They're experiencing a strange desire to relax, maybe lay down a little while, maybe they usually don't need to rest much either. But when they lay down they can feel just how much is going on in there. Their belly is busy with breaking down the food they just put inside, and the noises... they didn't even think this was possible. But they can feel everything, every little squelch, every shift of air, every deep rumble shaking them to their core. They hardly dare to move, because they don't want these sensations to stop... it's like a strange tickle, a satisfying massage from inside out. Maybe, because they aren't human, it gives them different sensations too. If you're like me, you can give them the ability to experience arousal that way. :D
