Vegan
through my journey with health, i’ve had my stuggles, and i’m still struggling sometimes, but i feel like i want to start a new chapter.
I’ve been reading a lot about going vegan, and i’m really interested, not only because of the wellfare of the animals, but i’m also a firm believer that don’t need any animal based products.
The only thing i’m worried about is, how do you aply being vegan to your daily life...? i’m a full time student and i have other people in my household to think about...
Can anyone give me tips about how i can do this? and for vegans what do you eat throughout the day?
